Can a Super Earth measuring 10 Earth masses have an Earth like atmosphere? By Earth like I mean thin like Earths and not a hydrogen rich atmosphere like the 4 giant outer planets.

almost all planets could have a terrestrial atmosphere BUTTTT then need to be within a certain range from their sun. this range is were water is able to stay in a liquid form all year round just like earth. that is what keeps us alive. this temperature literally makes everything that happens, happen.

You don't seem to be taking into account at all the biological activity on Earth. It's only by virtue of a billion years of plant activity that we have an oxygen-rich atmosphere. Merely being of an equivalent planetary mass inside a star's Habitable Zone is no guarantee of having an equivalent atmosphere.

Anything over 130 % would be gravitationally unlikely, and anything too far from the sun and without an orbiting body creating a fluid core hence our strong magnetic fields and what holds our thin blue line on and the sun from doing us a wrong one, so anything less than 80% could not hold a body in orbit big enough to create a liquid core, 20% + or - is about as far as you can go
