Should America disallow other countries from using space/moon

I just read something about China sending people to the moon. I would blow there **** out of the sky and not think twice about it.

I think other counties other than the USA should be allowed to explore space and the moon. I don't trust third world countries.

We have are flag that right there means it belongs to the USA.

If I was President anyone country going to space or moon in anyway is an act of war. And you will be dealt with shift and quickly.

The US signed the Outer Space Treaty.
That treaty that the US signed says no country owns the moon.
That treaty that the US signed means the US doesn't own the moon.
That treaty that the US signed means any country that wants to go to the moon has the right to do so.
