I am currently getting a 50% with 3 tests and 4 quizzes already done. I have about 6 tests and 10 more quizzes plus the final test to go which is 30% of my grade. Our grading system is broke down to Knowledge =30%, Thinking=20%, Application=10%, Communication=10% plus the 30% for the final. Will I even be able to get to an 80% by the end of the course?

When you say "Our grading system is broke down to Knowledge =30%, Thinking=20%, Application=10%, Communication=10%" that tells us exactly nothing, because we don't know how those percentages carry over to the tests and quizzes. Your grade is based on those tests and quizzes. You need to know how those are weighted, and you've only given us a piece of that, which is that the final counts for 30%. So we don't have anywhere near enough info to answer your question.
I'll take a guess that 40% of your grade is represented by tests and quizzes so far.
If what you have so far counts for, say, 40%, then you add up
score x 40%
+ score x 60%
= score on all 100%
So the equation you need to solve is
(.5 x .4) + (S x .6) = .8
.6S = .8 - .2 = .6
S = 1 or 100%
So if 40% of the grading is already done and has given you a 50% average, then you need 100% on the rest to reach 80%.

Most likley if you get like a 90 and up on your upcoming quizes and test. Mainly test
