Statues of Easter Island (as well as the stones of Stonehenge) were proven to be able to be crafted 7 moved by people using basic tools and leverage.

The Pyramids are also exactly level on the ground. There were pictographs of the techniques used - again, doable by people and tools of the time.

Um... the exact age of the universe (unless it's been updated) is actually 13.8 billion years. And where does it say they knew this?

I think there probably are aliens out there, probably some much more advanced than we. However, I don't know why they would wish to visit Earth - and, if they did it so long ago - why their visits would continue to be secret today.

Well to begin with I think you're underestimating what our forefathers could do. We make that mistake a lot in the 21st century and get very arrogant, if we don't know how to do it nobody knows because our ancestors were just superstitious primitives to be casually dismissed. They had skills we just don't have anymore.

The universe is vast sure enough but we don't know that ETIs exist maybe they do maybe they don't it's just not possible to know for sure.

The only rational position to take on the existence of extra terrestrial intelligence (until such time as SETI or someone else finds irrefutable proof) is agnostic.

It does indeed force some people to believe the most absurd nonsense despite what solid theory and just plain common sense would otherwise have precluded as ridiculous.

Some people are led to believe that the Earth is flat, others believe that astrology is a real science. Others believe the moon landing was hoaxed. Into this same sorry lot we toss those who think space boogiemen dragged their non-existent selves across trillions of hard vacuum just to stack stones.

Other answerers have adequately pointed out that people who enjoyed living in earlier times were completely capable of stacking and moving stones themselves. They didn't need assistance from boogiemen from space.

It's the very size of the universe that guarantees that if a microbe were to hypothetically exist somewhere in the depths of the universe, we would never be able to detect it. Neither would it be capable of detecting us or getting here by any means. We are alone.

Funny that you have never seen aliens, ufos, bigfoot, the Loch Ness monster or a tooth fairy. Neither has anyone else.
