And don't tell me it came from molecules, or particles or some other bs like that, because if so, then where did that come from?

As far as we can tell from our current understanding of the physical world, there is no way to reconstruct the events that might have happened before the big bang (if any event even happened, we don't know that either). As such, any discussion about what caused the big bang, were matter came from, or anything of that nature, is pure speculation. Without any way to even gain evidence, your question currently falls outside of the realm of science.
Furthermore, the atheists deny the exist of any god. This does not guarantee that an atheist believes in the big bang theory. Nor does believe in the big bang mean that someone is an atheist. As an example, there are many Buddhists which are atheists (as they do not believe in a god), but do not believe in the big bang (as they view the universe as eternal). Furthermore, there are many theists who accept the big bang.
In short, you question shows a lack of understanding of any part of what you are trying to talk about.

Atheist just means you don't belive in a god, it has nothing to do with the big bang. To answer your question though nobody knows and probably nobody ever will know, however, extensive observaitions have been made to determine that the universe bean at a central point. Besides, adding a supernatural being into the equation doesnt help the issue. Why is the big bang so hard to believe if you think a god either always existed or came into existance for no particular reason, and then created matter from nothing.

A Catholic priest was actually the man to propose the "big bang theory". It really has nothing to do with atheism.

He didn't call it that. "Big bang theory" was what his contemporaries called it to ridicule the idea.
