Yes, a black hole can move. In fact, if you look at the center of the Milky Way Galaxy in the area known as Sagittarius A, there is a super massive black hole, 4 million times more massive then our sun. Other black holes near the center of our galaxy orbit that super massive black hole. In fact, we know of at least less massive 3 black holes that orbit the super massive black hole at the core of our galaxy.

Yes. Black holes move two different ways. just like the Sun does. They rotate and they revolve around the center of a galaxy.

Black holes are made out of normal baryonic matter that impodes when a massive star goes super nova, not anitmatter.

They can move just like any other celestial body. And to the person that thinks the sun is stationary try again, the sun actually revolves around the center of the Milky Way and all stars and celestial bodies are in constant relative motion.
-
they do move and I have already asked ninny scientists how fast they move, but they dont know. they cant even see them, they are practically blind. everything is moving. it is called space-time. when God set the univers into motion, he had planned out where everything would go. how is your free-will factored in to God's divine plan is a question for you and/or God

Yes.
COOL STUFF BELOW!
Black holes can move. In fact, NOTHING in the whole universe can't move. Which means everything is moving. That's because the particles that are in objects are moving.

Black holes move around the milky way the same as it's parent star did. Newton's laws of motion. An object in motion stays in motion unless acted on by an outside force. Not too many forces that can change a black holes direction.
-
It stays in the same spot but it slowly sucks everything around it.
-
I believe it stays in the same spot just like a sun would. in the center of the milky way we have a black hole....
-
It can move around.
Sucking in every victim in it's way.

Yes.
Remember a black hole is just an object with a really large amount of mass.
