Anyone know when the total solar eclipse on June 15 will be at...

I am in Egypt right now and I'll be here during that time, so i will see it (yay). I am trying to figure out the time that it'll be though, i have no clue on how to do that. Here is some info on it, maybe someone can help me figure it out....

There is no total solar eclipse on June 15.

There is, as the page you linked to states, a total LUNAR eclipse on that day. A solar eclipse and a lunar eclipse are not the same thing.

A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes directly between the Earth and the Sun, and the Moon's shadow falls on the Earth. The Sun will appear to be "blocked out" by the Moon. A lunar eclipse occurs when the Earth's shadow falls on the Moon. The Moon generally turns a reddish-orange color at this time.

The page you linked to states what time it will start: 17:24 UTC. Egypt's time zone is UTC + 2, so it will be 19:24 (7:24 PM) in Egypt at the time the lunar eclipse begins. The time of greatest eclipse will be at about 10:12 PM in Egypt.

Read your website again - it won't be a total *solar* eclipse, it will be a total *lunar* eclipse - *huge* difference.

The *total* lunar eclipse will begin about 9:20 pm for you - - start watching at least an hour earlier so you can watch the shadow of the Earth slide across the face of the Moon.

There is no solar eclipse on June 15. It's a lunar eclipse.
