There is none belowe earth, or above it. This s because in space tuere is realy no direction. So there could be one under but it realy wouldnt be. It also depends on your position on earth. And we also dont know because there are (probably) no telescopes in antarctica, whicg is where they would need to be. So just since the the universe is never going to stop growing i would say yes, and a small definently.
