And if it was could we get into it cause they just annihilate eachother .

Matter and antimatter are just the names we give to the particles that make up our own universe. If parallel universes exitst, then it is perfectly possible that they could be made of what we call 'antimatter', and that their antimatter is what we call 'matter'. But as for being able to visit such a universe, we would have to have a way of shielding ourselves from any of the particles in that universe, which would be virtually impossible.
