How did physicists discover the speed of light originally? Also how did they discover absolute zero

So what we call absolute zero on earth is only relative. On Earth Absolute zero is related to the motion of an electron orbiting the Nucleus at the speed of light. Thus there is a relativity between the speed of light and the and the temperature of an atom.If the speed of light was different in a different Galaxy that the absolute zero Temperature would indicate that the electron would be moving at a different speed at temperatureofabsolute zero.Basically we live in a Universe that is not homogeneous-Roemer computed the most accurate (the present value) of speed of light by correctly reckoning the orbital periods of Jupiters four Galilean satellite Io.He timed the eclipse of these satellites by Jupiter when Jupiter is almost in line with Sun (far side) & when they were in opposition(nearest).......

Both the speed of light and temperature energy were the result of measurements.
In order to make a measurement a starting point of measurement must be made.
Measurements on earth are relative to One basic frame of reference ,and that is the Earth.
Thus all units of measurements are related to that frame of reference. Mass ,time and velocity and temperature are all experienced relative to the Earth..

If we were living in another Galaxy Energy and temperature would have different Units. And we would find that the density of atoms would not be the same at different parts of the Universe, So what we call absolute zero on earth is only relative.

Roemer computed the most accurate (the present value) of speed of light by correctly reckoning the orbital periods of Jupiter's four Galilean satellite Io.He timed the eclipse of these satellites by Jupiter when Jupiter is almost in line with Sun (far side) & when they were in opposition(nearest). Difference is the time taken to traverse the diameter of Earth's orbit.
Absolute zero and zero: Absolute zero has larger connotation. When applied to Temperature it is the limit when matter is at stndstill with none of the molecules having any kinetic energy. It was not observed. An eccentricity of absolute zero for a conic section implies that it is an ellipse; and so on. Number 'zero', or rather the integer zero was discovered by Indian Astronomer-Mathematicians & used routinely by them.It came in connection with the positional value of number representation with which we are so familiar to tend to think that it was the only number system ever. In decimal system of it where the radix is 10, the positional slots are named 1s place, 10s place, 100s place and so on. then there are numbers 1 to 9 multiplying each and the actual number is the total of all places. If in a slot a 'o' exists it eans that slots contribution is nil. Romans who didn't know zero have a cumbersome number system. For instance Aryabhata (lived in the 4th & fifth centuries) used in his book on Astronomy 'Aryabhateeyam'; though others used it before him.
