Do they know or estimate how large our universe was at end of inflation?

Inflation is theorized to have lasted between 10 x 10 -35 and 10 x 10 -24 seconds. As to the physical size of the universe just after inflation, I've seen everything from 1 cm up to the size of a galaxy. Seems that no one can agree.

Inflation is still happening right now-- the further we look out into space-- the faster the galaxies are moving away from us.
