I just saw a girl crying in the corner and I am the only one in the house and I am 12 so I started talking to her and her name is Alex ,she said that she was 13 1/2.I am scared what sould I do

First off if she was able to talk back are you sure she was a spirit and not a real girl? If she was a real one I might suggest calling the sheriff, as either she needs help or was crying because she was found breaking in, maybe both.
If she was in fact a spirit, have you tried asking her to leave? I personally don't believe in ghosts or anything but many people say it's good to talk to them if you think they're around. Often they say to ask them to move on politely, and the ones who mean no harm usually will. It sounds goofy, but well worth a try I guess, can't hurt anything. If you're really convinced she's a spirit who's there and won't leave get a religious leader of your choosing to come and ask her to leave.
My personal belief is ghosts only exist in people's minds, so maybe you just had a nightmare, or saw a scary movie, or are just anxious for some reason; or something else lead you to think you saw a ghost girl. Try relaxing or keeping your mind occupied and at peace and see if this still happens. I doubt if there was really a ghost or spirit there, and when stressed or anxious people's minds can do some pretty weird things that can seem very real.
