fertilizers and pesticides and things like that can run off and get into the water or into the ground water. http://www.sustainabletable.org/issues/w… idk if that websites any good but u can try searching for agriculture water pollution or something..

Well if you count forestry as agriculture, trees have a major effect on the water cycle. Clouds form over forests.

What if lots of water is being put onto the land, how will that affect the water cycle?
In some countries there are areas that are green only because of artificial irrigation.
