MBAs are a dime a dozen. No one hires someone because they have an MBA, they hire them because they are effective workers. You are better off with a solid BS or BA and grow your skills than stay longer as a student and get an MBA. I turned down invite letters for a PHD and my friends with MBAs have had some difficulty getting employment even though they had an MBA. My PHD would actually force me to make less than my solid BS with good background in Agriculture.
