The easiest way is to call an exterminator and tell him or of your problem and he'll get it done.

Put eucalyptus oil in a spray bottle (probably a good idea to dilute it with some water) and spray it at the insect. You could also use distilled vinegar, but it probably wouldn't leave a very pleasant smell like eucalyptus oil. I find these methods to be good because you know you're using safe and natural ingredients as opposed to harmful chemicals and toxics.
