1mm sized lice - what are they

I saw these really tiny lice-looking bugs in the locker rooms (at uni). It's kinda damp/humid in there.
These lice are 1mm in size and are light brown and there's many of them.

What are they? And should I inform the Uni to get a pest-buster?

If they are lice you should be able to see a tiny head and legs. If not they are likely eggs. Tell the uni. about them.
