I court a female hobbo in my bathroom and i don't no if i should kill it or release it in my garden would it find its way back if i left it in the garden and do both female and male bite?

It is very rare to find a female hobo spider indoors,(if you are certain this is a hobo spider)
Either the female domestic house spider or hobo will make a web, and hardly ever leave it.
Letting it stay in your bathroom is your call, (I just ignore them) and both male and female can bite if provoked or trapped against the skin.
There is no need to kill them, but they adapt to indoor living well, and will stay as long as it finds food.
Putting them outside is fine,(they are mainly an outdoor spider)and I doubt they will just wander back in.
I have kept the hobo and the house spider as pets, and even with my familiarity, it is hard to tell them apart.(side by side) Most people suspect the house spider for hobo spiders,and you are far more likely to find the house spider or giant house spider indoors.
Although the male hobo spider has been blamed for causing a bad bite, research at the university of Washington has yet to show this to be the case. The very same spider in the UK is considered harmless.
As I mentioned, I just ignore them, and having them in the house, have never been bitten by one.
If you are concerned, just put it in your garden.

They can give a very nasty bite. They aren't as bad as brown recluse but they are still bad. I got bit by a brown recluse once and I have stopped feeling guilty about squishing spiders since then.
