When the sun is shining It affects my mood negatively. I LOVE clouds, wind, storms, snow...even tornadoes and hurricanes are better than sun in my world. Is this abnormal?

For the hunter-gatherer we once were and still have the genes of, bad weather meant, no hunting and no gathering, therfore: hunger and that is not funny.
Furthermore, the action of the sun on plant growth was observed by the primitive man and, most likely, the reason many civilizations from different continents, had a way to make a god of the sun.
On a personal point of you, I would agree with you; I enjoy much more a cloudy sky than a sunny one because nature is the greatest show of all and clouds are beautiful ... unless they are very low. That is because I own and fly often a light aircraft and I don't have a license to fly in the clouds, only around them! ;-)

Not at all. To be honest, I don't like sunny days either. I would much rather prefer rain or clouds over sunny days like you do. It's perfectly normal and I'm pretty sure that there are a lot of people that feel the same way.
