The only time when my body is actually warm is when it's 20 above of higher. Now that it's fall, I go out in the mornings and my hands freeze up so bad I can't even move them, same with my toes and feet, and once they get cold it takes at least an hour of standing on the furnace to warm them up. Also I have to sleep in socks or else my feet freeze and I can't sleep, even with socks it's cold. And I live in a house with 3 other people and they always say they are warm or hot. Sometimes when I want to turn the heat up cause I'm freezing they look at me like I'm crazy and don't let me. This morning I came in from helping someone with something, and the whole time I was helping my body was so cold I could barely move, so I came in took of my socks, threw them in the dryer with my slippers and hoodie, went and stood on the vent to thaw my toes and hands, then after my stuff warmed up I put it all on, turned the heat up and went and curled up under the blanket in my bed. By the time my stuff cooled off I was still freezing and the person came in the house and right away said how hot it was in here. I was still freezing. I'm not sick, I'm like this all the time! Right now my house temp is at 22 degrease and I'm wearing a hoodie and slippers and in still cold! I also ate warm toast and porridge when I came in and it didn't warm me up. Any ideas on how to stay warm, warm up quick, etc? What could I be lacking? I've heard poor blood circulation about my hands and feet, so how do you fix that? Also when my hands get cold they stiffen up an it hurts to move them..

Sounds like your low on iron, go to your doctor and he/she can test you. In the meantime eat more foods with iron in them and you can also buy iron tablets in any pharmacy to supplement your iron intake.
Iron deficiency also called anemia causes, you to be cold and tired. It also makes your skin paler.
Go get tested its a simple blood test.

Speaking to your GP/Dr would be the best idea. He/she will be able to advise you regarding your concerns, and probably run a blood test to check your FBC. The inability to keep warm can be caused by a deficient thyroid, which again needs investigation by GP/Dr.
