A world without clouds would be an uninhabitable world.
Clouds are a consequence of the sun heating the earth's surface and evaporating water into water vapor. When the water vapor cools...clouds form...and rain falls back to earth where the cycle is repeated.

Then when i am miserable due to other reasons, i know for sure that others who aren't miserable will feel that way, due to the ugly sky.
