Record, and prolonged warmth has pervaded the northern states after an easy winter. The southeast just got doused, easing their drought. What areas are still suffering?

Not everyone is enjoying this record warmth, including myself. I'm sweating in the house and the A/C is on and technically it is still Winter! Normally I don't have to worry about a high electric bill until June, but this year, it's been a different story. I appreciate the four seasons, where it seems like most people wish it was the same temperature all year long. This Winter was a joke. It felt more like Spring. I just think colder weather is more comfortable than hot weather. The bugs are already out and I may have to mow the lawn this month, which I never have to do this early. The pollen is already getting bad. Tornado season has already begun, already killing numerous people this year. Warm/hot weather to me does more harm than good. Sure Winter brings snow and ice, but come on, what does more damage, tornadoes or snow?
Also Texas is still in an extreme drought, even though it has gotten better. I generally only complain about the weather in July and August, but this year it's been a different story.
