John P say: By "you" I assume you mean people in general. And your question makes no sense if you are asking about inanimate objects. With people, attraction can be mutual, but often is not, thus if you "focus" on somebody it is quite likely that the person will not be attracted to you.

It is what it is.
I'm sticking to what is true to me... what makes me happy as it were.
If I should perish old and alone at least I didn't fake things and go with a woman I'm not committed to and give her an unfair amount of divided attention.

Dport say: I guess it depends on whether you believe it was based on what you are focusing on or simply you were aware of its outcome. I do 100% believe an outcome can be highly based on your belief it will be successful, not based on focus. I often find myself being successful with a project, if I believe going into it I will be. Focus on the success and it will come...not always like you wish it would... but it will be there.

"Focus" is a conscious cognitive activity.
What we DO draw is whatever is going on within us subconsciously. For instance, someone who was beaten as a child has strong subconscious patterns for being beaten and tends to attract those who turn out to be physically abusive.
The law of attraction only works for attracting whatever responds to their own subconscious patterns; i.e., people.
It does not work for material things or money, nor even fame, because these are not entities nor do they have their own subconscious patterns.
