Does light created out of a moving object travel back in time

Theory suggests that as the speed of an object approaches the speed of light less time passes by as you cross your distance, and that if you were to move faster than the speed of light you would actually be going backwards in time.

This caused me to question the idea of light with added momentum. Would light being created from the headlights of a car driving down a road actually be moving slightly faster than the normal speed of light or is it not affected by the momentum of an object that created it, because they reach their destination the same instant they are created? In my head i am thinking that photons are shot out of the headlights at the speed of light with the added speed of the car. If this is true does this mean that the photons are reaching their destination before they are created?

I am just a high school student interested in things like this. considering that i have not taken a physics class I feel like i am missing a ton of information that would contradict my hypothesis.

The speed of light is the same no matter how fast you're traveling. Light that comes out of a moving object still moves the speed of light. The extra momentum goes into increasing the frequency of the photons. This is known as "blue shift".
