No nothing just empty just emptiness just empty space but what about cold wod it be there

Cold isn't a thing. It is just the decline in the amount of heat present. And heat is produced by the motion of molecules. So if there were no molecules to be in motion there would be no heat whatsoever.
Further we can only detect cold by an observer and the instruments of an observer - a thermometer. Now an instrument thermometer would have work done to it to make a measurement which implies that there are molecules present, not to mention the presence of an observer who would be producing heat by just the metabolic processes needed to do the observing, so your question could never have an answer.
