Paranormal question? out of body experience

If someone were sleeping when they saw themselves laying asleep what is this? Also as they were seeing themselves something quite strange happened.

They saw in a doorway their grandfather who had passed away a good 16 years ago. They went right through his body and back to their own.

This lady was 28 at the time and suffering quite a bit. She had just told me about this experience for the first time and is now 36.

Is it something terrible or was it for her good? I mean has his spirit tried to enter her or just help her. She was really in a bad place at that time. Almost came close to not being here through everything she was going through.

No, not a bad thing. It's astral projection... a very cool out of body experience. Your friend will not be harmed during this. The grandfather was in spirit and would have been there to help, he may even be one of her spirit guides.She can speak to her guides anytime and ask for their help (as can we all).

hi.if you can see yousrself in a dream it is known as an outer body experience,but by the sound of it the dream has done your friend good and not harm.i think that her grandfarther knew what was goin on and was his way of trying to help your friend.i had a similar thing happen to me and i knoe that after it happened i really did feel so much better,hope this helps a little..
