Beginner's physics problem--help

its poorly worded in my opinion. Thanks for the help!-The normal force is perpendicular to the direction of motion. Work is force times distance. Unless the cart is moving up and down perpendicular to the track, there is no work done by the normal force.......
A roller coaster starts at a height of 43.0m. The tracks have a total length of 400m. What is the work done by the normal force over a ride?

This is a question straight out of my textbook. Sorry, it's poorly worded in my opinion. Thanks for the help!
