Hope I helped!-Look up ohms law and do your own homework.......
a 4 ampere current runs through the heating element of a kettle. the voltage supplied to the kettle is 240 volts. what is the resistance of the heating element?

step by step process please :)

-
Use Ohm's Law: V=I*R

Rearrange it for resistance:

R = V / I

Now plug in your values:

I = 4 A
V = 240 V

R = 240 V / 4 A
R = 60 Ω

Therefore, 60 Ω is the answer.

Hope I helped!
