im being asked how many grams of Sodium hydroxide should be added to a 240Ml of water to obtain a solution of 0.26 M?

How would i solve that

-
240 mL of Solution x (0.26 mol NaOH/1000 mL solution) x (40g NaOH/1 mol NaOH) = 2.5 g of NaOH

Notice that the units cancel out.

Concept map: Volume -(using molarity)-> moles -(using molecular weight)-> weight
