Knocking and tapping in my room at night?!

We moved houses to the country side so the Last three nights around about 12 midnight in my room inside the walls I hear knocking sounds and always consistent so it's not an ANIMAL also gets louder in one place then starts tapping in a different place all of sudden.. It's strange because I couldn't find any results on the net like many others who would like to find out they have the same problem.. I would like to know this mysterious question that no one knows the answer not even GOOGLE!!
PLEASE HELP ME OUT!! Also my first question yahoo so it's important..

I hate to be the one tell you this this , ali but it might be a ghost.

It could be an issue within the house or like you said, an animal, or it could be related to the paranormal. Don't be afraid though, ghosts can't harm you. :) talk to your parents about it and maybe set up cameras around the house to see if you catch anything. It could be a really good experience to communicate with an entity and discover the history of the house. Research on the property and who lived there last etc. I remember at a place in Florida we stayed at once there were these footsteps constantly running about outside my room and the place was really big and I wasn't near my parents. It's scary especially in the dark by yourself but just remember that God is on your side and these entities cannot hurt you :) good luck!

what you have is a clock beetle or two,they are like woodworm some people call them death watch beetle be cause they are usually heard when people stay up to have a vigil before a funeral.its ascotiated with damp wood witch it bores to lay eggs

There is a spirit in ure house trying to make contact! Thats fantastic. If you have a phone, at nite, start recording on ure phone, and then start asking questions! Then listen to it an let me know if you get anything!

try knocking back and see if they stop or continue it could be someone trying to mess with you. or knock louder and say yeah you like that beech tree!
