My mom says there is a ghost around my baby

She says there was one around me when I was a baby.

Since he has been born strange things have been happening.
The lights will flicker and both the lights and fridge will randomly turn on.
Stuff randomly falls across the room.
My toilet randomly flushes. My radio changed stations. My t.v will get fuzzy and make strange noises.(I only have Netflix on x-box)
Every once in a while it's like I see a dark shadow that couldn't possibly be there. And here very strange, frightening noises. When I do see he screams. It seems that this is only when he is around.

He was gone at my mom's and it happened at her house (but nothing at mine when he was gone.)
She says the same thing happened to me I actually talked to it till I was about 5 and described it to her.

Could this be possible? What could be going on if not? Is my Mom is nuts?

i could use your ghost to flush my toilet because no one in my house ever does it.

This ghost is not a ghost, it's a spirit guide, I had one around me since can remember, but it always came and gone again.....it came back when my son was young. But this time it made itself known to me, she is my spirit guide, and her name is Erica, she has communicated and talked to me. So it sounds the same what your experiencing...and no your mom is not nuts.

Okay it could be two things.

One: Your baby is attracting this spirit. I can't say whether or not it's benevolent.. that's for you to decide.

Two: Your baby's spirit guide wants to be noticed.

To me, it's the first option. Because normally spirit guides do not act out like that. And if your baby is screaming and scared of this spirit, it is most likely NOT his spirit guide. And in my opinion, this is not good.

Ways to fix the problem: Okay first, don't panic. If you are scared and freaking out then it's creating a negative aura around you, which draws unwanted, malevolent entities to you. So keep calm and demand for the spirit to leave.

Nuts is a harsh word, let's just say your Mom has an over developed imagination.

The things you mention have normal rational explanations, lights flicker because someone else is drawing too much electricity, the fridge turns on because there is a thermostat which switches the motor on when it starts to get too warm. Your tv is faulty or the signal is being interrupted etc..

Having an imaginary friend when you are a kid is normal, most toddlers and preschools babble away to themselves, they are just playing a game of make believe, not talking to a ghost.

Don't let your Mom scare you with the rubbish she makes up.
