Well, I'm a Christian and I believe in God but I've never been one on those people sold on the whole "ghost/paranormal activity" kind of thing. I think it's mostly bogus, made up by the media. Although, I'm turning into a believer because the past few days have been insane!
A few nights ago, I was in the bed with my husband, and it was pitch black and I saw this huge ball of light fly across are room. It was huge, almost like a spirit? It scared me, but he didn't see it the first time. I told him to sit up with me and watch, and like 20 minutes later, we saw it again. He started praying with me and we were shaking, it was so weird looking. like out of a movie!
The next day, I went to see my Mom and she said that "voices" have been coming through on her house and cellphone. like a man's voice whenever she's on the phone. She's heard "get out" and cuss words, and like a hissing sound.
My Dad and Mom decided to sit down with me and pray about this situation in our kitchen, and as soon as we did, we heard this fierce growl. Like a bear, or some sort of wild animal. My Dad got up and started rebuking satan, and the lights flickered.
We found out that my Mom's sister is practicing some sort of satanism or something. Could it be from that? I mean, we're all christians. We don't tamper with ouija boards or tarot cards, we haven't done anything to welcome anything like that in.
Do you think it's something paranormal? Like, ghost hunters/ghost adventures, that sort of thing?
Or, do you think it's like demonic? Like, should we call a priest? Or minister?
I have bipolar, but the rest of my family is sane. If it was just me, I'd attribute it to mental illness but it isn't. My parents and husband have also never had anything like this happen, and all of them didn't believe in it until now. I'm freaking out!
