Well, if you can prove it ... you'll be rich.
But assuming that these ghosts are as artful as others seem to be ... avoiding the laws of physics, skeptics and people who are more curious than afraid, I would tell you "There there, it's OK. It's clear they don't want to hurt you."
If it were me, I'd try my level best to communicate with them.
As to the "Am I crazy" question - well, any doctor will tell you that that question really is pretty meaningless.
I have seen nothing in your question to indicate that you don't know the difference between right and wrong - so this can't be used as evidence in an insanity plea. I see nothing here to make me think you wouldn't be a fine next door neighbor - you haven't said that you yourself bark at the moon or pee on your pets.
Life is filled with unexplained phenomena. That doesn't mean there isn't a nice scientific reason - it just means we don't know it. In many cases, it's too expensive and time consuming to track it down.
And yes, there is certainly no conclusive proof that there is some element of intelligent life that lives on beyond what we call death. On the other hand, I haven't seen any solid proof that anything does.
You are human. You are curious. You don't need to be afraid.
By the way, I myself have lived quite happily in a home where I saw my mother die. I am currently living away from it, but I certainly intend to move back. Although we frequently joke that Mom is haunting us, IT IS A JOKE. It is certainly nothing that makes us start to wonder.
