I think i saw an alien in my room the other day? (being serious)

i canot stress enough that i am telling the truth, i dont make this stuff up. Anyway it was 8am in the morning 2 days ago. I woke up, turned over in bed and looked out into my room. I saw what looked similar to a man crouching, his arm was outstretched, he was pointing at me. This thing was crouching so dont know how tall, maybe 4ft 5 but i dont know. It had large yellowish, rounded eyes, a small slit mouth, small nose, no hair and i dont think it had hair anywhere else on its body. It had slender legs and arms but they looked slightly toned. It had brownish, grey skin.

What should i do? when i saw it i pulled my covers over my head then bolted straight for the door and it was gone...well i didnt look back in the room. it was quite close to me, not right in my face but close enough. i get creeped out and a horrible feeling in my stomach whenever i picture it in my head...eugh....i

should i be concerned? dont think ive ever had contact with them before, never had any weird things happening and before anyone says anything, im not nuts, im not on medication, i dont take drugs either and ive never hallucinated in my life. Also i was wide awake, no sleep paralysis and i wasnt half dreaming

Come on now Jess, you're a big girl so be realistic. There is no evidence aliens have ever visited earth, or even that they exist, why would the first one turn up magically in your bedroom?
It is a hundred thousand times more likely to be a dream than an actual alien no matter how real it seemed to you at the time.

You said this was in the morning RIGHT after you woke up. Are you sure you weren't tired enough to see things? And how do you know your roommate or somebody else at your university didn't sneak in dressed up like an alien?
