I'm on 15mg twice a day. I've been on it for a few months now and I take it at specific times during the day. When I start college classes and work in the fall, I'll be waking up early and going to bed late.
Do you think it would be okay to ask to move it up to three times a day or a half dose in the middle of my regular doses?

Adderall is related to speed and very addictive. Why are you taking it in the first place? If it's for the official reasons, then you shouldn't be needing to change the schedule in college.
Maybe it's time to wean yourself off of it instead of increasing the use. You are setting yourself up for a serious problem.
An ethical doctor would not do that. It isn't meant to be used as a means to stay away. There is no reason for you to have to get up early and go to bed late (unless you are working full time as well as going to college). So learn to be a grown up and plan to go to bed early when you have to get up early.

Actually, it is really good to have "holiday periods" when you are on Adderall to give your body a break and see if you still need the medication.
Are you taking the IR formulation (tablets) or ER (capsules)? If you are taking it twice a day, it sounds like you would be taking the IR form which lasts about 6 hours. I would recommend talking to your doctor about the extended release. It lasts for about 10 hours and avoids the peaks and troughs you get with the immediate release. You wouldn't want to take it three times a day since there would be too much overlap.
If you need it for that long of a duration, you could do the ER in the morning and a lower dose of the IR in the evening.
