How long is the education and what do I need to already have to start the education?

Actually a proctologist is a surgeon who specializes in colon and rectal surgery. Around 1960 the American Board of Proctology changed its name to the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery.
So, you need four years of college, four years of medical school, five years of a general surgery residency and one year of a colon and rectal surgery fellowship. I don't have my calculator, but I think that's about 14 years after high school.

That is a subspecialty of GI, so you would need a bachelor's degree from college, medical school, an internal medicine residency (3 yrs) and additional fellowship training in gastroenterology.
