using diode 1N4OO1, 68 ohm resistance, 2 ir emitting diodes and 9 v supply. are he specifications right or i should change the voltage and resistance..because the sensor is always producing sound and not sensing the ir rays..please reply soon. its extreme urgent.

That is a very odd bag of bits that you have listed there.
There is no way that anyone can really help without seeing the circuit diagram of the whole thing. Did you get the circuit off the internet or from somewhere else?

You don't have a sensor in that list. In fact, I don't see how you can make an alarm out of those parts.
