Its really difficult to get out of something you like. I dont have any idea of the feeling when your into drugs but most people I know when they started they always asking for more. i dont know if its psychological or something... but for me if you really want to get out of it you can, its just self control.
I was once hooked into smoking. i can finished up 2-3 packs a day! woah! and right now, im 8 years clean from smoking. Its kinda lame compared to what you're having but if you want to change its your call. you should consult your psyche specialist for your anti depressants. do not self medicate thats what experts are for. For your info I have a sister who's using antidepressant before but after she had work and found her self a boyfriend she's not taking it anymore. and she never had depressive state or something. good luck
Methadone management for the opioid dependence is a viable option due to the long half half life of the drug. Depending on what nation you are living in, you may be able to obtain pharmaceutical diacetyl morphine (herion) legally. Look into cannabinoid therapy for your affective disorder.

Well I cant help you only you can gp to a doctor and seek treatment get clean.
