Yes if you take enough. Ambien by itself is not usually fatal, it requires a massive dosage of ambien to actually kill you. Prozac won't normally kill you if you take too much and are in good health. Adderral, on the other hand, can kill if you take too much. Ibuprofen, not likely. You mix them all together, and no one knows. It isn't the kind of thing that we go out and study, death by drug mixtures.
What is most likely to happen is you get really sick, may suffer liver and kidney damage, damage to other internal organs, and several weeks or months later you die a very painful death because of the organ damage.

YES. you are sending your system through a series of extremes and there is no way to tell how each medicine would effect you when combined with the others. This is a terrible idea and though you most likely will not die, there will definitely be damage to your body.
