stress is the number one cause of insomnia in the world today, here are some methods you can try to allow yourself better sleep, without paying the money for pills to help:

1.) find the root of the problem, and pull that root out of the ground and chop it up with a hatchet..... aka find the problem and solve it, in order to put your mind at ease.

2.)punch someone in the face. as long as they don't punch back, it'll make you feel a lot better, and you'll gain experience in combat, thereby growing up to level 2.

3.) warm milk; one of the classic old-school ways to go to sleep, assuming nothing is stressing you out.

4.) carbon monoxide has a 100% chance of putting you to sleep when taken in large doses.


any of these methods should work. if not, consult a doctor.

Yes. Its a sleep hormone. And its natural. Your body naturally has melatonin in it and melatonin is a hormone. It lets your body know when its time to sleep and time to wake up.

If your having trouble sleeping and you dont want drugs but something natural instead then melatonin is alright...from my experience its alright...but theres this other stuff you can get in a little bottle...Its called Rescue Sleep Spray. it has different herbs in it and I once tried it when I couldnt sleep and it really worked. you should try it.

Melatonin is actually a chemical that your brain secretes normally to make you sleep. Melatonin pills are just artificial melatonin, which is perfectly okay. Its probably the safest sleep aid out there.
