The adderall was not prescribed to me and it was the extended release(Adderall XR) I had taken it some time between 8-10:45 last night. I hadn't taken it before either. I am not ADD or ADHD.

It does not come in a 150mg strength. That amount poses higher risks of having your blood pressure go so high that it pops a blood vessel in the brain.
Adderall is just amphetamine, a drug that has been around since the 1930's it is highly addictive, and promotes psychotic thinking when used for prolonged periods and makes for more work for the heart.
The manufacture, as a marketing ploy, made adderall as a mixture of several different salts of amphetamine, but you would not notice any difference between that and regular 1930's style amphetamine in either rats , dogs or people.
Long term use of amphetamines are going to have adverse lifetime effects, but the 'own your ADHD' kind of ads promoting these kinds of stimulants is just the devil's way to ensnare people into his kingdom.
