The short answer is no: at least if you don't repeat the dose anytime soon. Your system will have a spike in acetaminophen levels, and there may be some transient liver damage, but it likely is too small to show up in a lab test.

new recommendations state a person should not take 3000 mg in one day. that is the max. you are ok if you took one dose of 2000 but i would recommend it in the future. try something else if u need 2000 mg of tylenol to feel relief
