So I have this friend .. and sometimes, a nerve (or blood vessel, I'm not really sure) would stop in her foot, and her toe would either twist, or stick out .. and then it wouldn't move.
She is then unable to even stand, and when she moves her foot it causes excruciating pain.
It usually passes in about 20 minutes or so.
And this would happen at totally random times, when she isn't doing anything.
But this is pretty weird, she hasn't gotten it checked out .. and has no idea what it is and why it happens or what to even do !
So .. what is it ?
(and if you don't know, don't answer!)
Thanks ! :)

This sounds like a muscle spasm. It does need to be checked by a doctor because occasionally it can be a sign of some other issue. A simple blood test can rule out anything significant causes which require treatment. Best wishes.
