Here are my 'symptoms'
I feel like I have to emulate someone physically
I have to be clean before I go into bed
When I listen to a talk in church, i feel like I have to write every word down
I have to eat all of the food off of my plate

One thing to ask yourself is, could you handle it if you try not to do those things? If you haven't deliberately avoid doing those, you can't tell.
Try not doing them once and see how you feel. If you feel anxious, scared or worried after that. You might have OCD. If you feel just bothered by it but you can still do your daily routines, then you do not have OCD.
Another thing is that people with OCD doesn't always have to go to a psychiatrist. Let's face it, it's very expensive. So if your OCD doesn't interfere with your daily routines meaning you are still able to do well in school, sports, job etc. Then you don't need to consult.

if you do this 10, 20 times a day then yes i would say that is rather compulsive and disorderly.

It sounds like it. But it's not really something to be ashamed about exactly. A lot of people are OCD.
