Can someone tell me if the Radius of the circle is half the distance of the Diameter?
Thanks. Dominic

Yes, the radius is defined as half the diameter of a given circle

Radius is the distance between the center of circle and any point on circle if we extend the line to the other way it will need to cover same distance to meet the point on circle. This radius + extended line segment = diameter so diameter is double of radius and radius of diameter.
