Just want to ask about opinions. I will do an experiment on temperature and time that involve seawater. For example, I have to constant the temperature of seawater at 40 degree Celsius for 20 seconds, 40 s, 60 s, 80s, 100s, and 120 s. Can I use water bath for this experiment? the volume of seawater needed just a small volume like bout 100ml. Is normal beaker could be a suitable container for me to fill the seawater?

Not sure what you're asking - I'm assuming that you're looking for isothermal heating of a given volume of seawater over a specified period of time and looking to model by conducting the same experiment with plain water?
I'm not sure what you're looking for, but you cannot do that as a meaningful comparison/model run, seawater and distilled or tap water have different properties (impurities).
A normal 100 ml beaker should be fine in either case, however, quite a bit more information on the project description would be desirable.
Could you please explain your proposed project in great detail.
