To divide a whole number and a fraction, do the same thing except put the 1 under the whole number. For example: 4 ÷ 2/3, youd do this- 4/1 x 3/2 = 12/2.To divide mixed numbers or a mixed number by a fraction, convert the mixed numbers into improper fractions then do what was said above.......
To multiply two mixed numbers, change them both to improper fractions then multiply.
Now for dividing...
To divide 2 fractions, turn the second fraction (the one you want to divide by) upside-down (this is now a reciprocal). Then multiply the first fraction by the reciprocal to get your answer. For example: 2/3 ÷ 1, you'd do this- 2/3 x 4/1 = 8/3.

OH and don't forget to simplify your answers if necessary.
Sorry that took so long, my internet connection is going REALLY slow. It crashed, like, 5 times while I was writing this. -_- If you have anymore questions I'd be happy to help :)
This is the first link..
To multiply fractions you multiply the top by the top and the bottom by the bottom then simplify if necessary.
A. 1/4
B. 2/12 --> 1/6
C. Turn 14 into a fraction by putting a 1 underneath it. The answer is 42/7 which will simplify down to 6.
D. To make a mixed number an improper fraction, you multiply the denominator, bottom number of the fraction by the big whole number in the front, then add the numerator to that and keep the original denominator. So 3/2 x 1/4 = 3/8
E. 3/1 x 14/3 = 42/3 which simplifies down to 14
F. 10/3 x 27/5 = 270/15 which simplifies down to 18.
Bottom portion of the first link. To divide decimals you flip the second fraction and multiply instead.
A. 2
B. 1/3
C. 9/2
D. 15/8
E. I can't quite read that, sorry. I'm pretty sure it's 123/80 though.
F. 1/5
Second link, I'm too lazy and you're pretty stupid anyways. I'm only in 6th grade. I have my own work to do.
