can you show me how to get the answer please? thank youu!1/3 + 1/5 + 1/9 + 1/17 + 1/33 + 1/65 + 1/129 + 1/257 + 1/513 + 1/1025 = 0.For example,Etc.Add them up and you get 0.......
estimate the error.

sigma 1/(1+2^n) from n=1 to infinity

the answer is 0.76352,error<0.001

can you show me how to get the answer please? thank youu!

Plug the values of 1 through 10 into n and you get

1/3 + 1/5 + 1/9 + 1/17 + 1/33 + 1/65 + 1/129 + 1/257 + 1/513 + 1/1025 = 0.76352

For example, the first one is: 1/1+2^1 = 1/3

The second one is: 1/1+2^2 = 1/5

Etc.

Add them up and you get 0.76352
