For A = B each entry must be equal
So for A[2,1] = x = 5-x
2x = 5
x = 5/2
And A[3,2] = -3 = 3+y
-6 = y
answer is [5/2, -6]
So for A[2,1] = x = 5-x
2x = 5

-6 = y
