[(b^3)(c^3)]^3

i dont even know where to start with this one

-
[b³c³]³ = (b³)³(c³)³ = b⁹ c⁹ = (bc)⁹

That's b^9•c^9 = (bc)^9 in case the tiny exponents are unreadable (increase your browser magnification to see the tiny exponents I wrote).

-
when it is the power of a power u multiply the powers, so, b^9c^9
you can imagine by, b^3= b x b x b, (b^3)^3= (b x b x b)^3 so, b x b x b x b x b x b x b x b x b

-
(x^n)^m = x^(n *m)

so

((b^3)(c^3))^3 = b^(3 * 3)c^(3 * 3) = b^9c^9
