To do this homework use that sentence to help out
parentheses| exponents | multiplication & division from left to right | addition & subtraction from left to right

As far as I know this sign* represents multiplication sign. Therefore in this problem we just uset a calculator to just multiply the numbers. Then we will get:
5.6 x 1018 * 7.4 x 1020 = 43029638

In this problem we have a multiplication and division. Base in our saying we should work with the multiplication and then divide. All will be done with a calculator
2.0 x 1010 /4.0 x 109 =?
Let multiply. Then we will end up with
2.0x 1010=2020
4.0 x 109=436
Then we divide
2020/436 = 4.6330275
By rounding it off you will get 4.63

The last problem is a combination of multiplication and addition. As you can read from the saying we should work with the multiplication first
7.6 x 1023 + 4.4 x 1021 =?

Let multiply (with calculator)
7.6 x 1023=7774.8
4.4x 1021=4492.4
Now let add
7774.8+4492.4 = 12267.2
